He recently expanded his Southern Painting role as the Area Director for the Frisco\/Prosper\/Celina, Texas franchise.<\/p>\n<p>With more than 25 years of hands-on experience as a tradesman, Steve joined Southern Painting in 1993 and, by 2000, owned one of the first Southern Painting offices in Texas. Working alongside his brother, Dave, Steve plans on employing his proven methods of business success to help expand the Frisco\/Prosper\/Celina area.<\/p>\n<p>As a franchise owner, Steve knows that Southern Painting&#8217;s success depends on integrity and customer service, which he has made the cornerstones of his business model.\u00a0 Steve has worked diligently to develop his business to become the largest residential repaint office for Southern Painting in\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 the DFW area.<\/p>\n<p>Steve moved to Collin County in 1981 and before long, met and married Robyn, and started their family.
