Working alongside his brothers, Dave and Rick, Steve plans on employing his proven methods of business success to help expand the Frisco\/Prosper\/Celina area.<\/p>\n<p>As a franchise owner, Steve knows that Southern Painting&#8217;s success depends on integrity and customer service, which he has made the cornerstones of his business model. Steve has worked diligently to develop his business to become the largest residential repaint office for Southern Painting in\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 the DFW area.<\/p>\n<p>Steve moved to Collin County in 1981 and, before long, met and married Robyn and started their family. He has spent his life creating business opportunities for many people, but most importantly, creating an environment that has allowed his son and two of his brothers to join the family of Southern Painting. JJ has been in the paint and drywall industry for over 16 years building a well-rounded background at Sherwin-Williams<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>; all while tackling complex scopes of work with brush and roller in hand. Not one to shy away from getting things done, JJ takes pride in the scope of his experience in nearly every facet of the paint and drywall industry.<\/p>\n<p>Along with his wife and their three boys, JJ moved to the Plano area in 2015. Shortly thereafter, he found this new opportunity at Southern Painting. Born and raised in Dallas, Rance graduated from Plano Senior High School and has resided in Collin County ever since.<\/p>\n<p>Rance credits his positive outlook on life and the daily smile on his face to the life he has spent living with his sister and her disability.
