Owner/Operator

As the owner/operator of the Houston Southwest division of Southern Painting, Bill Cook brings a strong passion to building a reputation of quality workmanship, founded in a firm commitment to excellent customer service. Bill has more than 20 years of experience with a Forbes Fortune 100 company, which has consistently been rated as ‘Best in the Industry’ in customer service, and received numerous awards for top performance.

Bill grew up on a farm in Southwest Oklahoma and attributes his success to growing up in an environment that instilled core values like hard work; fair and honest business practices; your word is your bond; and your reputation is built on not only delivering exactly what you promised, but exceeding those expectations. He will bring the same passion and work ethic to your home with your Southern Painting experience.

 

Cap McIlnay

Customer Service Manager

Cap McIlnay is our newest addition to the Southern Painting Houston Southwest team. He is happily married to Charlotte and together, they have five adult children.

Cap spent 12 years in the military and is a Desert Storm Veteran. Cap is an active member of the community and prides himself in being a member of the VFW and the American Legion. Cap enjoys his role as a Pastor of The United Methodist Church.
