Our Team – Austin North
Rob Ellis joined Southern Painting as a commissioned salesman in 2001 and quickly earned the position as owner/operator of the Austin division. Under Rob’s supervision, the Austin territory has become known as a leader in the industry, setting standards in workmanship and customer service.
Rob married his wife, Lana, in 1985 and credits her for his ability to achieve his noted success and for the confidence to own a business. Rob acknowledges his education for understanding finances and the aptitude to operate a business.
Rob has been instrumental in forming and developing other businesses, and currently provides consulting to several companies across the state. Rob is dedicated to service and endeavors to exceed industry standards in satisfying customers
Lana, with her husband, Rob, is co-owner/operator of the Southern Painting Austin North territory. She works in the office to ensure all daily operations run as smoothly as possible. However, Lana really shines when she’s working with customers to ensure their needs are not only met, but exceeded.
Lana and Rob enjoy spending time with their two adult children and precious grandson and granddaughter.
Mark is a Territory Manager for the Austin North franchise. He works closely with customers, from the estimate to the final walk-through, to ensure their painting project runs smoothly, and the quality of work exceeds their expectations. His focus on customer service is evident in his moto: “The job isn’t done until the customer is happy.”
Mark is a graduate of Concordia University with a degree in Business Management. Prior to joining Southern Painting, he was self-employed in the sales industry for 25 years. Mark and his wife are long- time residents of Round Rock, Texas. They have three wonderful children and their favorite hobby is traveling.
Addison is our newest Territory Manager for the Austin North team. Customers appreciate his ability to keep them informed at every step of the project to ensure it is completed correctly the first time. He believes that treating others, the way you would want to be treated, is the key to turning satisfied customers into raving fans.
Addison’s favorite hobbies are Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, mountain biking, and spending time with friends and family.
