Leo Lankford’s enthusiasm for making your painting experience memorable is one of the things you will enjoy the most when working with him. His interior specializations include wallpaper removal; texturing; knowledge of decorating trends and color; removing popcorn ceilings; and most importantly, protecting your flooring, furniture, and valuables. His exterior expertise lies in knowing which colors will best compliment the beauty of your home, as well as knowing the most appropriate products and ways to achieve a beautiful and long-lasting look. In fact, his motto is “Prep is key”. He will write a ‘prescription’, which will be customized for one of your largest investments – your home.

Leo is happily married to Lyndsay (who is also his co-owner), and they reside in Lewisville with their three beautiful children.

Brooke Rowten

Executive Assistant

Brooke’s extensive background in administration and property management, along with her passion for helping others, and diligence in being detail oriented, make her a valued team member of the Southern Painting Coppell/Flower Mound Team as the Executive Assistant.

Brooke was born and raised in Texas and attended Texas Tech University. She resides in Frisco with her fiancé and four very-loved small dogs. Brooke’s hobbies include traveling, golfing, and lake life.
