Our Team – Mid-Cities/Keller
Rich Raade
Owner/Operator
Rich Raade is the Owner/Operator of the Southern Painting Southlake/Colleyville/Grapevine and the Mid-Cities/Keller territories.
For 15 years Rich honed his customer service and business management skills as a small business owner. In addition, he worked with PPG Pittsburgh Paints® for two years prior to joining Southern Painting. Rich has a keen sense of the need for unparalleled service in a competitive industry, and it is the primary motivation behind his work ethic.
Rich is originally from the Pacific Northwest. Seattle, Bellingham, and Ketchikan, Alaska are a few places he called home before he graduated high school in Tigard, Oregon and then relocated to Texas in 2001.
When not working, Rich enjoys spending time with his daughter. On the weekends, he enjoys playing soccer and sand volleyball. Rich is also an avid Tough Mudder and Spartan Adventure Race competitor.
Brant Altenhofen
Territory Manager
Brant Altenhofen, Area Manager for Southern Painting, has lived in Texas his entire life. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, and he brings several years of experience in customer service to the Southern Painting family.
When he’s not serving customers, Brant enjoys spending time with family and friends, and he has a strong passion for sports. He supports the Mavericks, Cowboys, Rangers, and Aggies, and frequently attends games. Brant says, “Working for Southern Painting is about meeting customers’ expectations, plus one!”
Jay Villalta
Project Manager
Hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction is the work ethic that Jay brings to Southern Painting. He strives to ensure a smooth and comfortable working relationship throughout the painting process. Jay understands the concept of getting the job done through team effort. Jay is a valuable member of the Mid-Cities/Keller Southern Painting team and ready to help complete your project with attention to detail and a smile.
Jay was born in Dallas, Texas and has lived here his entire life. He is married, has two children, and plays on a competitive men’s soccer team.
