HOA Approvals

Because of the sheer number of HOAs and the different requirements of each,  Southern Painting does not work directly with HOAs to obtain approvals.  Instead, we leave it up to the homeowners we work with to submit the paperwork to gain the appropriate approvals for their project.  If needed, we are more than happy to provide color samples for you to include with your application.

Work Scope

Is the painting limited to just your house, or should decks, fences, storage sheds, or other out-buildings be included?  If repairs are needed, should we include them on your quote, or will you do them yourself or contract with a third party?
