Our Team – Southlake/Colleyville/Grapevine
Dale Altenhofen is the owner/operator of the Southern Painting regional office that serves Southlake, Colleyville, Grapevine, Westlake, Trophy Club and Irving.
Dale graduated with a business degree from the Carlson School of Business at the University of Minnesota. He came to Texas in 1982 and moved to Dallas in 1983. In Dallas, he met his wife, Brenda, and they have been happily married for 32 years. They have two sons and a daughter.
Dale has 29 years of experience in the construction industry and feels that integrity is the key to any company for building a strong foundation. He says, “It is important to communicate with, listen to, and understand your customers in order to give them the best experience in painting their homes.”
Rich Raade is the Territory Manager for the Southlake Office. For 15 years Rich honed his customer service and business management skills as a small business owner; and he worked with PPG Pitsburgh Paints® for two years prior to joining Southern Painting. Rich has a keen sense of the need for unparalleled service in a competitive industry, and it is the primary motivation behind his work ethic.
Rich is originally from the Pacific Northwest. Seattle, Bellingham, Ketchikan, and Alaska are a few places he called home before he graduated high school in Tigard, Oregon and then relocated to Texas in 2001.
When not working, Rich enjoys spending time with his daughter. On the weekends, he enjoys playing soccer and sand volleyball. Rich is also an avid Tough Mudder and Spartan Adventure Race competitor.
Manuel Flores joined Southern Painting in 2016 bringing with him years of customer service experience in the residential painting business.
Manuel approaches every job with a highly consultative, relationship driven perspective. Working along side of the sales team, Manuel will be there from the start to the finish of each job, supervising every detail of the project to be sure you have received the best in customer service, and are satisfied with your Southern Painting experience.
